Palisades Equity Partners is an entrepreneurial real estate development firm concentrating a value-add investment philosophy on repositioning under-performing properties including commercial, retail and multifamily, with a special emphasis on hotel, condominium and mixed-use properties in the United States and internationally. Our approach to underwriting projects is methodical with an intense recognition of how quality impacts value. The firm generally targets projects ranging from $10MM – $200MM in value, with the yield objective taking preference over deal size.
