Palmares Capital Partners, LLC, is a private equity firm providing investment capital to founder and family-owned companies in a collaborative, non-control investment structure. Palmares unique approach provides owners with personal liquidity while allowing them to maintain financial and management control of their enterprise as well as funding for future strategic growth initiatives.

We also provide board-level strategic guidance and support to help owners achieve their business goals. Unlike traditional private equity, our non-control approach creates a more collaborative environment whereby significant decisions are made at the Board level, and not mandated by a majority owner and passed down to the company management for execution.
