Palmer College of Chiropractic is a higher education institution focused on chiropractic education, with its founding campus in Davenport, Iowa, and additional campuses in San Jose, California, and Port Orange, Florida. Founded in 1897 by Daniel David Palmer, it is the first and largest chiropractic college, offering the Doctor of Chiropractic program across its campuses and blending science, hands-on clinical training, and professional philosophy to prepare graduates for patient care. The college's professional programs are accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education and regionally by the Higher Learning Commission. About one third of practicing chiropractors are Palmer graduates. In 2026, Palmer College Foundation and the campus community participated in the ACC-RAC conference, sharing original research and highlighting ongoing scholarly activity.
