Pan Am Flight Academy is a mid-sized aviation training organization based in Miami, Florida, with facilities at 5000 Northwest 36th Street and additional operations in Las Vegas. It delivers training programs for aviation professionals and relies on a diverse fleet of full-flight simulators to support instruction. The company traces its instructional heritage to the early days of airline flight training and is the surviving division of the original Pan American World Airways. The Miami base has been its core operation since 1980, when the Miami Flight Academy was established, and it continues to serve the aviation service industry.

Its customers include aviation professionals and airlines seeking credentialed training and simulation-based instruction to support operations and safety. In January 2026, Pan Am International Flight Academy announced the acquisition of Alliance Aviation, expanding its Florida-based flight training footprint.
