Emerging in New York nearly a decade ago from the consolidation of several companies, Pan Asian Chemicals Inc., a privately held company, is now headquartered in the “Oil Capital of the World,” Houston, Texas, with representative offices in New York, California, Virginia, Washington D.C., Shanghai, Algeria, Mexico, Brazil and Peru.

Specialized in the oil/gas sectors as well as water treatment, we provide complete turnkey supply chain services and minerals with exclusive distribution agreements from manufacturers in the Far East, USA, and former Soviet Union.

With our fullest priority in timely deliveries with immaculate QC and QA, we provide custom tolling/blending, on-call deliveries, warehousing, financing, and distribution services. To ensure on-time dependable deliveries for contractual commitments, we have implemented several staging and rotating inventory facilities in strategic locations globally and domestically.

Our products consists of upstream and downstream chemicals, organic, inorganic, hydrocarbons, bactericides, algaecides, biocides, corrosion inhibitors, specialty chemicals, gums, and minerals for crosslinking and extenders.

We provide pre-shipment inspections for importations from China, India, and other emerging/developing countries in compliance with our recent C-TPAT certification. And have several EPA approved registrations for biocides. We are DEA registered and in full compliance with the Texas Department of Health, Food and Licensing.

In close cooperation with universities, chemical institutions, laboratories, and manufacturers we provide technical expertise and support, Research & Development, and new and alternative supply options, blends, and products.
