Paradice Investment Management LLC (Paradice LLC) is a US-based global investment manager specializing in global equities. Our office is located in Denver, CO with a mix of investment and non-investment personnel. Our primary strategies are the Global Small Mid Cap Strategy (launched in 2010),  the International Small Cap Strategy (launched in 2020), the Global All Cap Strategy (launched in 2023) and the International All Cap Strategy (launched in 2023).

Our Australian business, Paradice Investment Management Pty Ltd (Paradice Pty), is headquartered in Sydney. Together, Paradice LLC and Paradice Pty form the Paradice Group, which was established in 1999 in Sydney, Australia by David Paradice. 

Our business was built around fundamental stock picking, integrity, and doing the right thing for our clients—tenets that remain our focus today. We are active equity investors with an overriding focus on growing our clients’ wealth. Our mission is to deliver long-term compounding to our investors while thoughtfully managing risk. Our boutique business model aims to provide investment team leaders with autonomy to grow their franchise with back end institutional support with the goal to enable entrepreneurial investment decision making and personal accountability, which we believe aligns our interests with those of our clients.
