Paragon Benefits is a highly experienced and independently-owned Third Party Administrator (TPA) that has been dedicated to facilitating self-funded medical, dental, and vision plans for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on providing tailored, client-centric health plan administration services. We administer RBP (Reference Based Pricing), DPC (Direct Primary Care) and other trend-busting plan components, as well as CDHC plans (FSA's, HRA's and HSA's). Because we have only one revenue source (our competitive administration fee), we are agnostic on vendor partners.  But what truly distinguishes Paragon Benefits is our Paragon "Peeps"—a dedicated team of professionals who collectively contribute to a unique and supportive approach we call our Paragon "Pod". We believe that the synergy within our team approach is the key to delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.
