At Paragon Plastics, we're proud to feature thermoforming services for an array of molded products, ranging from small caps to large storage boxes - and everything in between. Most of our work is in automotive, aerospace, medical and marine applications, however, we have also worked in the agriculture, construction, military, recreational and transportation industries.  Working with  a wide variety of engineered thermoplastics, polyethylenes and vinyls, we have the material to meet your needs.  Our maximum thermoforming capacity is 72” x 120” and we can accommodate any size order from small to high-volume production.  

Serving over 15 industries, Paragon Plastics offers a variety of vertical routing processes to accommodate your plastic fabrication needs. We have experience running a wide range of plastic polymer materials from bent PVC and acrylics to standard flat stock using our state-of-the-art, 3-axis machines. We frequently run multiple parts simultaneously to maximize efficiency thanks to our routers’ multiple cutting and drilling heads. In addition to our vertical routing processes, we offer drape forming,  line bending and assembly to provide you with a finished product.  We can apply adhesives, install hardware and assemble components together according to your needs.   

Our thermoform tooling ranges from composite molds for low-volume parts to temperature-controlled aluminum cast tooling for high-volume production runs. With an experienced in-house Tooling Department, our mold-making capabilities are endless!
