ParaWest Management was formed in March of 2003 to provide a full-service management, acquisition, operating and investment platform to Investors and Owners of Apartment Communities. ParaWest is led by Founding Partners Michael and Delane Salkeld and Associate Partners Kim Graham and Chris LaRue with decades of combined experience, and supported by the company’s team of more than 150 professionals including partners and operating officers, apartment managers, leasing and maintenance personnel, and accountants.
Since 1979 Michael and Delane have accumulated progressive experience in apartment investments in the Southwest U.S. including investment/property management of more than 50,000 units, transactions totaling more than $150,000,000, renovations and redevelopment ranging from a few thousand to more than $1,000,000.
