Passage AI is a natural language understanding and processing (NLU/NLP) platform that can be used to create a deep conversational interface for any website or business. The Passage AI platform is currently being used by F500 companies to deploy a chatbot on messaging platforms or an automated chat service on their website. Deploying a chatbot is a simple process that requires no engineering resources. You can use Passage AI's Chatbot Experience Manager to create custom experiences for chatbots, modify existing experiences, turn on and off messaging platforms where you want the bot to appear and optionally provide training data for our NLU/P models.

It was founded in early 2016 by three Silicon Valley-based engineers with an extensive background in deep learning and artificial intelligence.
