Passage AI is a natural language understanding and processing (NLU/NLP) platform that can be used to create a deep conversational interface for any website or business. Your customers can use this interface to get automated responses to their questions about your products or service. You can acquire new customers from messaging platforms using Passage AI, engage and service existing customers, or bring inactive customers back to your site. The conversational interface can be deployed with minimal effort on your website, mobile app or as a chatbot on messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Kik, Skype, Telegram and Slack.

The Passage AI platform is currently being used by F500 companies to deploy a chatbot on messaging platforms or an automated chat service on their website. Deploying a chatbot is a simple process that requires no engineering resources. You can use Passage AI's Chatbot Experience Manager to create custom experiences for chatbots, modify existing experiences, turn on and off messaging platforms where you want the bot to appear and optionally provide training data for our NLU/P models.

Passage AI is a venture backed company based in Mountain View. It was founded in early 2016 by three Silicon Valley-based engineers with an extensive background in deep learning and artificial intelligence.
