Our story began in 1978 as Passport Asia Associates, a small operation serving restaurants around Los Angeles. Operating as Wing Hing Noodle Company, we grew into a national company, supplying chain restaurants and food retailers across the country with a wide range of Asian noodle products and other specialty ingredients.

Today Wing Hing is one of five brands that make up the Passport Foods family. Over the past decade, we have brought other global culinary traditions and fusions into the fold, and now offer an array of bold, exciting flavors and formats from around the world. Our offering of global snacks and appetizers includes such staples such as egg rolls, spring rolls, gyozas, flautas, and empanadas.
