Since 1999, PastorServe has been coming alongside ministry leaders to provide coaching and support, both equipping and encouraging pastors as they live out their calling.

a flourishing life of effective Kingdom impact.

Personal Life (Backstage)
We help all of our pastors to think more intentionally about the key areas such as marriage, family, relational health, spiritual health, emotional health, physical health, and even finances.

Professional Life (Front Stage)
We assist pastors in truly developing as church leaders, including leadership philosophy, primary roles and responsibilities, and navigating deeper challenges and concerns facing the local church. We address practical needs and opportunities as they arise such as staff development, discipleship pathways, community outreach, and more.

In making progress on these challenges, we’ll help you become more effective in vital leadership competencies such as Diagnosing Situations, Intervening Skillfully, Managing Yourself, Energizing Others, Identifying Opportunities, and Change Management.
