This innovative Council spans two states, serves more than 13,600 youth members, and includes nearly 7,600 adult volunteers and four service centers. We will supply unit leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to deliver the best possible Scouting program to youth and young adults in our community to prepare them for life. By building strong units, we will create strong districts, a strong council, and a bright future. Our mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
