Frank “Jay” Patock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Science degree in Building Construction and has over 40 years of construction experience. He, along with the project manager and field staff, provide a personal commitment to teamwork on every project which ensures that all project members are treated as part of a team crucial for a project’s success.

Patock Construction’s long history has also enabled us to develop strong working partnerships with many
of the region’s finest architects, engineers, suppliers, and interior decorators. These partnerships allow Patock Construction to provide clients with additional services well beyond the traditional construction management and general contracting firm. With services provided to clients such as Design-Build, Preconstruction, and Owner Representation, Patock Construction is a partner to clients for any type of project.
