PPHG’s celebrated portfolio also showcases an Art Deco-style cinema, The American Theater; the picturesque River House at Lowndes Grove; and newly-renovated Parcel 32 on Upper King Street. 

As a company, PPHG has also pioneered the revitalization of Upper King Street: transforming its historic venues into valuable generators of revenue for the surrounding community has helped usher in the wave of new business and development currently changing the face of this downtown Charleston neighborhood. Patrick Properties hosts more than 500 events annually across its suite of properties.
