Patriot Equities, L.P. was founded in 2005 and is the only real estate investment and development company specializing in the acquisition and ownership of corporate real estate assets. Prior to founding Patriot, the principals (Erik Kolar, Alan Werther, and Mike Kolar) worked together at a predecessor firm for many years.
