A Simple Beginning Brings Spectacular Success 

Paul Evans Caterers began as a gourmet food store in 1976 in the quaint village of Cedarhurst, New York. Started by the two brothers (Paul and Evan) and their mother, we quickly grew into a full service caterer providing full service events throughout the Metropolitan New York area. Paul Evans provides full service events as well as delivered parties arranged for your specific entertaining needs. Our professional and courteous service staff can do all the work for you at your next private party and we guarantee your satisfaction. Keep in mind that we have many Manhattan event locations (with a variety of guests capacities) available as sites for your next private party. 

Brett Blitz (Curriculum Vitae) grew up in the catering business, as the son of one of the founders of Paul Evans Caterers. Determined to make his mark in the culinary industry, Chef Blitz apprenticed at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, then moved to one of Switzerland’s premier restau-rants where he worked under the guidance of Chef Richard Gurst. Returning to New York, Chef Blitz continued to develop his talent and skills at Daniel under Chef Daniel Bouloud. 

In 1994, he came full circle, joining Paul Evans Caterers as executive chef. What began as a family -owned gourmet food store in Cedarhurst in 1976, has grown to become an exclusive caterer providing full-service events throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
