Pauley Law Group, pllc is a father and son practice that represents employees of financial institutions, commission sales employees and developing businesses. The experience in and with our firm is extraordinary and unique.  Our legal experience spans over 35 years and includes working as federal prosecutors, partners in large law firms and general counsels of corporations, insurance companies and financial institutions. As important is our experience outside the legal field.   Prior to entering the practice of law our attorneys have worked as financial consultants and as auditors for northwest companies.  Therefore, our attorneys understand the personal and professional challenges that our clients face regarding non-compete agreements, working long hours without overtime to meet monthly sales quotas, and hostile and high pressure work environments.   

Our results speak for themselves.  As attorneys we have litigated and tried numerous cases involving non-compete agreements.  We have also successfully represented groups of commission sales employees in class action lawsuits concerning the nonpayment of overtime. 

Application of these principles not only ensures effective representation, but also establishes long lasting business relationships with our clients which is the ultimate goal of our practice.
