Pauly Presley Realty entered the marketplace in 2005 anticipating the downtown expansion into East Austin. Since our establishment, we have exclusively represented over 20 residential & mixed-use projects in the central area with a strong expertise in East Austin, allowing us to have a substantial influence on the new development and improvement that accommodates Austin’s rapid growth.
