PCR Partners ("PCR") is a unique investment and consulting organization that sources high quality investment opportunities for private capital investors in the lower end of the middle market. We are retained by and partner with a select number of private equity sponsors, family offices and corporate clients to produce investment opportunities that fit their criteria on both a generalist, opportunistic basis and a specific search basis. Collectively, our partners have more than $2B of capital available for acquisitions. We generally look for platform companies between $10-500mm in revenue and $3mm to $50mm in TTM EBITDA seeking a buyout, recapitalization, or significant growth capital. We are compensated entirely by our equity partner clients, and we co-invest in deals on a minority interest basis.
