Peace First is a Boston-based nonprofit that operates as a global incubator for youth-led social change. Its programs are free and open to young people between 16 and 30, providing guidance for projects, micro-grants, and ongoing support to help them access resources and turn ideas into action. The organization emphasizes recognizing young people as experts in their communities and aims to expand the circle of youth-led change through training, mentoring, and funding.

Its digital platform has connected more than 27,000 young people from 164 countries, resulting in over 13,000 youth-led innovations that have affected hundreds of thousands of people globally. Leadership within Peace First is visibly youth-driven: about two-thirds of the team under 26 serve as Fellows-in-Residence delivering programs across regions, and half the board is under 30. In 2023, Peace First partnered with World BEYOND War to launch a webinar series on reimagining peace and security in Latin America.
