PEAK was founded to provide golf fitness training and performance enhancement services to any golfer wishing to improve their game. The company follows the TPI training model using physical assessment, 3D swing analysis and golf instructor input to design personalized training programs for its clients. PEAK Golf Fitness uses the latest golf fitness technology to optimize performance. Equipped with a 3 camera V1 video swing analysis system, an 8 sensor AMM TPI 3D system (used by TPI for its Touring Professionals) and TPI’s web based fitness program, we provide an experience that is second to none. The truth of the golf swing is it varies by person depending on body type, age, fitness level, injuries, past athletic experience, and golf instruction.
