Pear Bureau Northwest - USA Pears is a nonprofit marketing organization established in 1931 to promote and develop markets for fresh pears grown in Washington and Oregon, with production marketed under the USA Pears brand. It is based in Milwaukie, Oregon, and represents more than 800 grower families and 50 packers and shippers.

Domestically, regional marketing managers work with national and regional retailers to design customized plans that support the pear category. Internationally, marketing representatives in more than 35 countries manage tailored promotions to fit local markets. In 2025 the organization launched a new visual identity, including a redesigned logo and updated brand materials.
