Since 1978, the Partners of Pegasus Group in its current form have assisted hundreds of middle market companies with their market entry on either side of the Atlantic. All of our clients are B2B industrial equipment manufacturers, parts producers, or services businesses to industry. 
Our preferred method of market entry is a straightforward acquisition with reasonable earn-out clauses for the existing management or ownership. We would find the targets, lead the negotiations, coordinate the due diligence and facilitate the closing. Often times, we even assume interim roles in the new business unit to ensure a smooth integration.
