The Pelosi Law Group is a boutique land use law firm focused on residential and commercial development in Northern and Central California. Founded in September 2011, the Pelosi Law Group provides big law firm experience at small firm prices.

Current and past projects range from neighborhood parks and small residential developments (less than 10 units) to large complex retail, commercial, resort, recreational and residential developments.
