Penn State Facilities Engineering Institute (PSFEI) is a facilities services organization within Penn State University's College of Engineering, based in State College, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1947 at the request of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, PSFEI serves clients across Pennsylvania and beyond, including eleven state agencies and the federal General Services Administration. The institute provides facility engineering services such as training for operators and managers, facility assessments, troubleshooting, and development of solutions for facility owners, with particular focus on energy efficiency, building infrastructure, and facilities information management.

Its mission centers on earning public trust by meeting customer facility needs through engineering, information management, education, and applied research, while seeking innovative ways to exceed expectations.
