These systems differ from other control systems because these systems use wireless temperature sensors to feed back space temperature to a computer that regulates the heating and cooling equipment (Boiler, Chillers, Pumps and Fans) to deliver precise amount of heating and cooling. Fuel and energy savings of 15% are guaranteed and some customers report savings of 45% with Return On Investment (“ROI”) usually under 2 years.
