Pepper Source offers an extensive array of tantalizing flavor profiles that can be adapted to meet your specific flavor requirements for batters, breadings, spices, sauces, marinades, and glazes. 

In 1987, Pepper Source was founded by Jim Mayer, Sr. and Joe Morse, Sr. in response to the growing need for private label hot sauce. Since then Pepper Source has opened a plant in Van Buren, AR, and Rogers, AR, while adding other capabilities such as a new research and development facility and in-house IT batch monitoring system. 

Today, Pepper Source supplies all of the major poultry companies in the United States as well as the frozen food, meat, and food service industries with quality custom products and employs approximately 500 people in our 3 locations.
