Who we are:
We are an organization which alleviates day-to-day and long-term staffing shortages for facilities that provide acute patient care. The company provides qualified Medical Professionals to hospitals requesting additional staff when their own staffing falls short due to illness, vacations, fluctuating workloads, or other marketplace factors. Per Diem provides traditional day-to-day “registry” placements and longer term, individually contracted “travel” placements, or block staffing to acute care facilities throughout Northern California. The Principals and Management staff of the company have been involved in this specific endeavor, in this area, for almost forty years.

We operate twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week with our own staff answering phones and scheduling our employees. Other than for back up, to keep callers from being kept on hold, we do not utilize answering services, answering machines or voice mail.
