Federal public works Perez Construction Group specializes in commercial public works with a focus on airports, transportation, and hospitality. This positions the company well for bidding on government and large-scale infrastructure projects where set-aside status and certified minority/disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE/MBE) qualifications can help win competitive contracts.

Subcontractor strength As a certified minority, disadvantaged, small business drywall subcontractor, there is a clear pathway to engage with prime contractors on larger projects. Target partnerships with large general contractors and construction management firms that require qualified drywall subs to meet project schedules and compliance requirements.

Growth opportunity Revenue range indicates mid-market scale with room to upsell larger project scopes, especially in airports and transportation hubs. Develop targeted proposals highlighting safety excellence, on-site performance, and efficiency to win additional work from existing clients and new primes operating in public infrastructure.

Tech and consistency A tech stack centered on WordPress, collaboration tools, and standard web technologies reflects a lean, efficient operation. Emphasize project management, safety tracking, and transparent reporting to appeal to primes seeking reliable subs with modern, cloud-based workflows.

Competitive landscape Compare scale with peers in the mid to large contractor space. Position Perez as a nimble, compliant, and safety-first drywall partner capable of meeting stringent timelines and quality requirements, while leveraging minority business status to satisfy procurement diversity goals.
