The Perfect Technician Academy is a school for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), created out of the need for a fast-track training program that could develop students ready to perform at high levels entering the skilled trades industry. 
Our goal is to be the technical and career training institution of choice, providing the industry with well-educated, properly-trained technicians able to enter the field confident and ready to succeed.

Our Placement First model is what sets us apart from other schools. We leverage a vast network of HVAC contractors across North America to help match students with employers in their community of choice prior to them beginning training. Perfect Technician Academy is certified and regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission to offer a variety of certificate programs for HVAC Installation and repair in the state of Texas, to include EPA 608 certification (ESCO Institute) and NATE training and testing. We do not guarantee employment for our graduates, but since our inception in 2015 our placement rate is approximately 97%.

The HVAC industry has been projected to grow 15% from 2016 to 2026 and has struggled to keep up with the demand for technicians. High performing technicians can expect long-term job security and employment opportunities all over the country.

Perfect Technician Academy meets the requirements of DoD Instruction 1322.29: Job Training, Employment Skills Training, Apprenticeships, and Internships (JTEST-AI) for Eligible Service Members (DoD SkillsBridge Program for transitioning veterans). We are a Department of Veterans Affairs approved Education and Job Training Program and an approved Career Skills Program (CSP) provider.
