My mission as Bodywork Practitioner at: PERFORMANCE MUSCULAR THERAPY™ since 1991 is to guide athletes and the physically active to Move Well In A Deeper Sense by education and therapy. My practice is Integrative and Deep Tissue Bodywork a manual myofascial therapy and education of posture and movement. The intention is to organize the nero-myofascial network in relationship to the skeletal system to produce a balanced alignment for structural body support and a fluid ease of motion. Those who benefit from this work include: athletes, educators, artists, performers, fitness and movement professionals and individuals who seek to reach their true potential.
