Personal Health Care’s founder, Rose Levchak, created a trusted and reliable Home Care company in our community with the goal of allowing individuals to age or face illness with respect and dignity.

Beginning in the early 90’s, Personal Health Care expanded its home health care vision and incorporated a mission to serve our Pediatric Special Needs population at home and in school.
