Perspectives is a mid-sized human services organization based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, founded in 1976. It operates as a multi-service agency addressing homelessness, poverty, addiction, mental illness, nutrition, and barriers to accessing services, with a specific focus on mothers and their children. As Minnesota's largest therapeutic supportive housing program for women and children, it houses over 75 women and more than 130 children each year and provides in-house, year-long enrichment for the children's academic, social, and nutritional development, alongside recovery, mental health services, job readiness, and parenting education. 

The organization's mission is to empower mothers and rebuild families. Its programs seek to provide trauma-informed housing for homeless and recovering mothers and their children, improve mental health and sobriety outcomes for dual-diagnosed families, and support nutritional health in the local community. It also supports child development through the Kids Connection program for students in grades K-8 and aims to ensure healthy births and environments for infants and toddlers within Perspectives' housing community.
