PetAid Colorado is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that weaves a safety net of programs to benefit pets in need. Collaborating with veterinarians and community partners, we deliver a unique array of programs that provide veterinary care to underprivileged pets. We believe that all animals, regardless of their owner’s financial status, deserve the veterinary care needed to prevent animal suffering and relinquishment. PetAid Colorado is headquartered at the Harrison Center for Animals, where animal lovers of all ages and animal health professionals can broaden their understanding of veterinary medicine and celebrate the human-animal bond, and where animal-related organizations can more effectively share both ideas and resources. Program Focus There are four program areas under the PetAid Colorado umbrella: • PetAid Animal Hospital – providing comprehensive healthcare for underprivileged pets. • PetAid Care Grants – supplementing veterinarians' charitable care for underprivileged pets. • PetAid Disaster Services – assisting at-risk animals in disasters. • PetAid Community Outreach – providing pet healthcare for vulnerable populations unable to access in-clinic care.
