The physical experience at PetCoach is enhanced by digital and mobile tools so pet parents have 24/7 access to the expert level support they need – whenever and wherever they need it. Digitally, pet parents can get immediate professional veterinary advice via chat; book in-store service appointments and get tailored reminders, create custom pet profiles, order from a vet-vetted selection of pet food and supplies; search and browse content relevant to their pet, including their own veterinary records, service history and more.
