With the original company founded in 1923, Peter Scalamandre and Sons, Inc. (PSSI) is a civil construction and general contractor that has provided premier sitework, utility, civil, structural, and architectural construction services to clients for over 90 years.

Our service area is primarily the New York City and tristate region.  We perform work under multiple types of contract arrangements, such as lump sum plans and specification, Design/Build or EPC, Cost Plus, Time and Material, or Value Engineering and constructability review.  We operate as a general contractor/prime contractor with owners directly, and as a trade specific subcontractor for Construction Managers also.
