Our service area is primarily the New York City and tristate region.  We perform work under multiple types of contract arrangements, such as lump sum plans and specification, Design/Build or EPC, Cost Plus, Time and Material, or Value Engineering and constructability review.  We operate as a general contractor/prime contractor with owners directly, and as a trade specific subcontractor for Construction Managers also.
