Petri Financial, started preparing taxes in 1998 on a part time basis in Michigan City, Indiana.  Since then the business has grown into a full service financial company in LaPorte, IN and Valparaiso, IN including tax preparation, business consulting, bookkeeping, Quickbooks Advising and payroll preparation.  The owners, Amy and Tom Petri Jr. both hold MBAs from Purdue Calumet and undergraduate degrees in Organizational Leadership and Accounting from Purdue North Central.  

Amy is a Certified Fraud Examiner and the company also provides forensic accounting assistance.
