Headquartered in Kent, Washington, PetroCard is primarily in the business of providing fuel and value-added fueling services to commercial companies.  Incorporated in Washington in 1985, our operations include two divisions; Fleets and Fuels located within our four offices throughout Washington and Oregon.  

PetroCard services include nationwide fuel cards, on-site mobile fueling, bulk fuel, retail fuel contracts and compressed natural gas facilities.  We service our customer’s needs with our ability to customize our products, offering a combination of services to ensure fuel coverage to their vehicles as well as special programming on our accounting system to create specialized reports.

Through our ownership of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, PetroCard is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) under the guidelines of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. (NMSDC) and is a proud member of the Northwest Mountain Supplier Development Council.  We also have a reciprocal certification through the Supplier Clearinghouse (CPUC).
