Phase 2 Medical Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in the building single-use medical devices for OEM clients around the world.  Our capabilities include injection molding, various assembly techniques and technologies, packaging and label control for sterile barrier, and contract sterilization. 

We build confidence.  We do this by utilizing lean techniques based upon the TPS system. We have implemented this system by using the three (3) attributes of the "golden triangle".

The effects of this system has allowed our customers to increase their production output with fewer resources, reduce scrap, and increasing their product quality by utilizing a one-piece flow.  This methodology is core to our manufacturing system and we implement it on lines from startups through global OEMs with significant volume. 

Our corporate headquarters are in Rochester, NH  where we have a 39,000 sq. ft. facility; 4,500 sq. ft. ISO Class 8 (100,000) assembly cleanroom; and a 2,400 sq. ft. ISO Class 8 (100,000) molding cleanroom.  

As of June 2014, we also have manufacturing in Tijuana, MX.  This facility is 30,000 sq. ft. in total and houses a 3,000 sq. ft. ISO Class 8 (100,000) assembly cleanroom that is easily expandable to accomodate larger volume production lines. 

We are an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 registered company and we are registered with the United States FDA.
