Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants is a Chicago-based group that traces its origins to 1980 when Phil Stefani and his uncle Lino opened Stefani's in Lincoln Park. The company operates a multi-venue portfolio that includes six full-service restaurants, five quick-casual cafes located at O'Hare and Midway airports as well as across the Chicago area, and conference and banquet facilities including food service at Navy Pier. It also runs five seasonal venues, an off-premise catering operation, and food and beverage services at a Chicago-area golf course, along with a pasta shop and a premium foods division. The dining concepts span from authentic Italian fare to upscale steak and seafood, as well as casual beer gardens and lakeside cafés.

Its customers include local residents, travelers, and event organizers seeking varied dining and catering options. Based in Chicago, Illinois, the group positions itself as a regional, multi-brand operator with a footprint across the city and surrounding suburbs. In 2024 the group expanded its Chicago footprint with the opening of Tavern on Rush.
