Philadelphia Macaroni Company is a vertically integrated pasta manufacturer that produces dry, frozen, and specialty pastas for industrial customers, branded retail, and foodservice applications. The company also mills durum and hard red spring wheat through its Minot Milling division, enabling in-house control over key inputs. Founded in Philadelphia in 1914, it remains a fifth-generation, family-owned business with facilities across the United States. Since acquiring A. Zerega’s Sons in 2020, PMC operates six pasta facilities and the milling division to serve its domestic and international customer base.
