PHJ Architecture and Construction, LLC is one of the relatively few companies in Monmouth County, and indeed the country, that offers both Architecture and Construction. In order to provide both, for safety and regulatory reasons, such a combined company must be owned by an architect who oversees all architectural aspects of a project.

In 2011 after seven years of working together in separate companies, architect Joseph L. Walker III, AIA, and developer Hans Kretschman, have decided to combine companies to form this new company. If you choose both, we will work with you from the moment the drafting pencil takes its initial stroke to the moment the last nail is hammered into your project. To assure a seamless and efficient process from beginning to end, owner/architect, Joseph L. Walker III, AIA guides your project through completion.
