Phoenix Toxicology & Lab Services is a nationally accredited, CLIA, COLA and CAP-FDT certified toxicology laboratory, dedicated to giving healthcare providers the clinical data they need to effectively treat patients who suffer from pain or addiction.  As a physician founded, veteran owned company we believe in placing the human factor back into the services we provide. Here at Phoenix Toxicology our specialties are urinalysis and oral fluids testing.
