Physician 1 began as a healthcare industry support services agency focusing primarily on staffing. Originally known as “Say Ahhh!” the company changed its name in order to more adequately present its objective of providing the healthcare industry the highest quality support services with a personal, customized approach.

Principal and founder, Linda Burton’s accounting and computer experience at Alcon gave her the knowledge to assist small practices in converting from pegboard systems to practice management systems.This experience lead to the formation of “Say Ahhh!” in 1984, which began as a staffing agency, (with Linda being the staff) then evolved into the company known and respected today as Physician 1.

Mission and Vision

The mission of Physician 1 is to assist clients with a variety of support tactics and services in order to help practices better serve patients and increase the quality of care.

The scope of vision of our services include: converting a practice to Electronic Health Records, implementing Practice Management Systems, medical transcription, management and consulting for special projects such as renovation and construction, billing and collections, and the development of marketing solutions.
