Pickup Systems Ltd are specialists in the conversion of light goods vehicles. After initially building our reputation as being the market leaders in pickup truck conversions the business expanded rapidly and our conversion range diversified.

Pickup Systems Ltd offer a One-stop vehicle fit out solution at our new manufacturing site in Burnley, Lancashire. Our close relationships with vehicle manufacturers such as Toyota, Mercedes and Isuzu means the company will be able to supply base vehicles and offer design, bespoke fit outs and plastic bodies through to training and servicing. VCA whole vehicle certification will also be added to our ISO9001 accreditation.

Part of our new building also houses the Isuzu Specialist Vehicle division of Pickup Systems, this arm of the company will be building specialist vehicles for Isuzu UK, serving its fire service customers through the company’s network of dealerships, whilst offering the comfort and protection of an Isuzu warranty.

Our new custom built unit will assist in streamlining operations, improving quality procedures and developing new products. incorporating CNC cutting machines, plastic and steel welding plants, spray booths and fit out facilities. Most importantly our site also offers state-of-the-art security, including secure storage areas and a 24 hour monitored CCTV system.
