Pilot Construction, Inc.’s services extend well beyond the limits of simply building housing units. Our experienced, expert staff is capable of seeing a project through from original conception to occupancy. We work very closely with engineers, architects and owners to develop sites and design buildings that deliver the greatest value to our clients. Working with our clients we can help guide the way through the zoning and planning approval process while keeping the costs in check. 

Our project management is practiced in the paperwork requirements of most of the New England and Federally based funding programs including HUD, NHHA, and MSHA. We conduct project meetings and maintain the minutes, regularly produce progress schedules and provide detailed invoicing on AIA forms that eliminate confusion. 

Our on-site staff consists of the most experienced superintendents available to this area. Drawing from a pool of more than 75 years experience, there aren’t too many building types this team hasn’t built. From concrete, steel or glass, to wood, truss, or panelized systems, Pilot Construction can build it and build it well. With a loyal subcontractor following, we find better pricing, fewer misunderstandings, and a greater level of cooperation and production
