Pinalli, la principale piattaforma italiana di distribuzione di prodotti per la bellezza e la cura del corpo, nasce nel 1984 a Fiorenzuola d’Arda (Piacenza), quando Luigi Pinalli e la moglie Liliana Segalini decidono di aprire la loro prima profumeria: un luogo accogliente dove i clienti vengono accompagnati nella scelta dei prodotti più adatti alle loro esigenze. Nel 1992 la famiglia amplia il business e inaugura un nuovo store a Piacenza.

Nel corso degli anni l’azienda cresce costantemente, con nuove aperture in Emilia-Romagna e Lombardia (1998), Liguria e Piemonte (2006) e progressivamente in altre zone strategiche del Nord e Centro Italia, fino ad arrivare agli attuali 75 beauty store in otto regioni italiane (Lombardia, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, Trentino-Alto Adige, Marche). 

L’omnicanalità è uno dei suoi punti distintivi, grazie alla sinergia tra digitale e fisico che consente di vivere un’esperienza di acquisto unica.
